I’m a proponent of full body health and balance, which means mind, body and spirit. I’m a licensed evangelist, I believe that all of our gifts and abilities come from God. Throughout life’s journey, we must maintain focus and work to achieve our goals, but it’s God who makes it possible. While we often doubt ourselves, it is essential that we remember where our strength lies. Ephesians 3:20 reminds us, Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
My Training Philosophy
I have a vision to educate and inspire my clients to healthy and productive lifestyles, through customized training programs that get results. I believe your body is like clay you can mold it into the shape you desire, however it takes hard work to “get the body.”
I tailor my client’s fitness programs so that they have fun while working out whether through weight training or cardiovascular conditioning. I can also create and implement progressive training programs based on your fitness assessment.

How Can I Help You?
In my experience, using three-dimensional training allows my clients to perform exercises utilizing free weights and movements that enable them to get a cardiovascular workout without being tied into a repetitive program. I have found my style of training to be very effective because it allows the process of muscle confusion to continue for longer periods in comparison to two-dimensional workouts primarily on machines. Once we have discussed your personal goals, I assure you I will do whatever I can to help you meet and exceed your expectations. However, you must change your mind to change your body.
I am wholeheartedly committed to providing the highest quality coaching / training experience, along with the most supportive and inspiring atmosphere for you to not only reach your goals but also, surpass them. I love my job because I love people, helping people become the best they can be through fitness.
Serving the South Suburbs of Chicago. My studio is located in the newly renovated side entrance of my south suburban residence, located 30 miles outside of downtown Chicago. It maintains a separate side entrance and has its own bathroom and shower with more than 800 sq. ft. of indoor space, with a tennis court and quarter basketball court outback and indoor swimming pool.
I have everything you need to achieve the results you desire. More importantly, since I don’t have the overhead cost associated with renting a unit, I can offer GREAT prices for my services.
